DESIGN TURN AROUND TIME
Turn around times for FLYERS and POSTERS are generally 24 to 48 hours from the time that I am given all of the required content, detailed instructions and preferences.  If I am unable to take on the job I will let you know, All other design projects will vary based on complexity.
REVISIONS
No charge for up to 3 revisions– Generally there are no costs for revisions, however if there is an excess amount of revisions (more than 3) then an additional $10/revision fee may be applied.  

PAYMENTS
Verified payments are required prior to the design process, and design will be completed withint 24 to 48 hours, 
or with at least 50% due before the first draft, and the remaining balanced required prior to the final draft. A draft with a DRAFT watermark will be sent for viewing, complete file will be sent after full payment is recieved.  I accept Paypal (which includes Paypal Payments, Visa, Mastercard, Discover or American Express) or a Bank Deposit in my account.  Paypal and Bank Account Information provided upon request or by email with confirmation of acceptance of job.  For questions, inquiries or booking for a job email tmdgraphics@gmail.com.  Check or Cash Payments only available if located within contra costa county area.
REFUNDS
There are no refunds unless I personally fail to complete a project due to unforeseen circumstances. If for whatever valid reason I will be providing a refund, it will be submitted in the most convenient form if not the original form of payment, or saved as a “credit” towards future projects if you prefer.
